"This is the most pitiful survey I've ever seen. You guys need to get a life. Thanks for wasting my time, but at least I participated."
This is an exact quote left by a fellow classmate on the final survey question. I would just like to convey that attitudes such as this are not welcome at our Reunion. If you are coming to be a downer, to ridicule, or to carry in the huge chip on your shoulder fostered since high school, please, please stay away. This reunion is not about what we were but what we've become. And the survey was just meant to get an idea of what kinds of people we may have turned out to be. I realize that the questions only skim the surface but nothing heavy was meant to come of it. To the rest of you who participated maturely and cordially, thank you and encourage those whom haven't to please take the survey and especially cast their vote for Favorite Teacher.

Very well said Nicole. Negative attitudes as such is the reason I was contiplating on coming or not. I've made the decision that I will be there but hope that such negativity will stay where it is needed. We have all grown up.. C'MON IT'S BEEN 10 YEARS!!!! Sheesh!!! Cant wait to see everyone.

I agree that whoever left that survey comment was being pretty childish. However, sometimes it does take people a long time to "get over it" if they were teased or tormented during school.

It is hard to be friendly & cordial with people who made fun of you and ridiculed you constantly for a number of years. The people who can overcome that kind of past are quite remarkable, and I hope that a lot of them go to the reunion.
(And to anyone I may have made fun of or upset in the past, I'm very sorry; you did not deserve it.)
(And I hope this post doesn't make too many people mad either). :)
